SH HYBSZ is a Polish manufacturer of electric cables, spiral cables and wire harnesses, in business since 1996. In 2026 we mark our 30th anniversary: three decades of production in Ostrów Wielkopolski, 254 index numbers in six catalogues and connectors to 8 ISO standards.

Series planning, lead times and quality come from experience, not improvisation. We supply customers in Poland and abroad — our export department works in Polish, English and German.

SH HYBSZ is a family business from Ostrów Wielkopolski, founded in 1996. Knowledge passes from one generation to the next, and for 30 years ownership has stayed in Poland — one hundred per cent of it.

The company is founded
A family business is set up in Ostrów Wielkopolski. It grows out of generational experience, not a one-off start-up — the name, the plant and the responsibility for quality stay in the same hands, Polish from day one.

30 years of production
Electric cables, spiral cables and harnesses. Today that means 254 index numbers across six catalogue lines and 12 V and 24 V connectors built to 8 ISO standards. Three decades of experience let us plan series, deadlines and documentation without guesswork.

From Ostrów to world markets
The export department serves partners abroad, but the capital and the decisions stay in Poland. In 2026–2029 we exhibit at 8 trade fairs in Germany and France — a PLN 1.33 million project co-financed under FENG 2021–2027.

Construction of the new production hall
Work starts on the new hall in Gorzyce Małe near Ostrów Wielkopolski — an answer to the growing number of series orders and the need for room for more machines. Existing production runs throughout the construction.

New equipment, the same responsibility
We invest in machinery and new workstations. Those investments serve the plant's capability, not a change of owner.

Production starts in the new hall
Production begins in the new hall in Gorzyce Małe. More floor space and new workstations translate into higher capacity and output — which shows in lead times on larger volumes.

Injection moulding and an in-house toolroom
We start producing plastic parts on our own moulding machines, and the moulds are built and serviced in our own toolroom. Part, cable and harness are made in one plant, under one quality regime.

In 2026 SH HYBSZ Sp. z o.o. celebrates its 30th anniversary and remains a company with Polish capital. The next generation runs the same plant: holding the parameters, keeping to the series, answering personally — not through a foreign holding company.
How we work
From drawing to pallet
We collect the requirements: voltage, cross-section, connector, working environment. If the catalogue is not enough, we design a variant.
Series procedures and documentation agreed with the customer. Repeatability is the goal, not an extra.
Parameters in line with vehicle connector standards and the agreed documentation. Quality shows during assembly, not in a brochure.
Domestic service and an export department. Documents, deadlines and contact in Polish, English and German.
Local community
We are from here, and we support Ostrów
SH HYBSZ supports many community initiatives in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The plant, its people and their families are part of this town — so we get involved where our support actually changes something.
We do not treat this as an addition to our image. It follows naturally from a company that has worked in one place for generations and is bound to it.
