SH HYBSZ is a family business from Ostrów Wielkopolski. Knowledge passes from one generation to the next, and ownership stays in Poland — one hundred per cent of it.

A Polish manufacturer, a European plant, global reach. The export department serves partners abroad, but the capital and the decisions stay in Poland.

Construction of the new production hall
Work starts on the new hall in Gorzyce Wielkie near Ostrów Wielkopolski — an answer to the growing number of series orders and the need for room for more machines. Existing production runs throughout the construction.

New equipment, the same responsibility
We invest in modern production solutions. Those investments — including the FENG 2021–2027 funding — serve the plant's capability, not a change of owner.

Production starts in the new hall
Production begins in the new hall in Gorzyce Wielkie. More floor space and new workstations translate into higher capacity and output — which shows in lead times on larger volumes.

Injection moulding and an in-house toolroom
We start producing plastic parts on our own moulding machines, and the moulds are built and serviced in our own toolroom. Part, cable and harness are made in one plant, under one quality regime.

SH HYBSZ Sp. z o.o. remains a company with Polish capital. The next generation runs the same plant: holding the parameters, keeping to the series, answering personally — not through a foreign holding company.
How we work
From drawing to pallet
We collect the requirements: voltage, cross-section, connector, working environment. If the catalogue is not enough, we design a variant.
A modern machine park and series procedures. Repeatability is the goal, not an extra.
Parameters in line with vehicle connector standards and the agreed documentation. Quality shows during assembly, not in a brochure.
Domestic service and an export department. Documents, deadlines and contact in Polish, English and German.
Local community
We are from here, and we support Ostrów
SH HYBSZ supports many community initiatives in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The plant, its people and their families are part of this town — so we get involved where our support actually changes something.
We do not treat this as an addition to our image. It follows naturally from a company that has worked in one place for generations and is bound to it.
