Moulded parts and our own tooling

We run injection moulding machines and our own toolroom. The mould is designed and built in-house, and the part is made in the same plant as the cable and the harness — with nobody in between the drawing and the finished series.

What it changes

Mould, part and harness under one roof

A typical plastic part passes through three companies: the mould designer, the toolroom and the moulding shop. Here those three stages sit in one place, so a correction does not mean queuing at someone else's door.

01

Our own toolroom

We build injection moulds ourselves. A design change, a cavity correction or a repair after a production run is our own work — not an order placed with an outside supplier and weeks of waiting.

02

Moulding machines on site

We produce the parts ourselves, from first trials to full series. The same team that knows the mould runs the production, so process parameters do not start from zero at every set-up.

03

The part next to the cable

A housing, a connector part or a cover can be made right beside the harness it belongs to. One order, one supplier, one quality check — instead of collecting parts from three companies.

04

Repeatable series

The same mould, the same machines, the same documentation. The second and the tenth batch are meant to look like the first — that principle runs through all our production, not only moulding.

How we work

From drawing to first batch

The path is short because every stage stays with us. On parts designed to order, that is usually where most of the time is saved.

01 Conversation and documentation

A drawing, a 3D model or simply a sample part. We agree the function, the material, the tolerances and the batch size — before the mould exists.

02 Mould in the toolroom

Design and manufacture of the injection mould in-house. We match the construction to the expected series, not to a single production run.

03 Trials and corrections

First mouldings, assessment of dimensions and appearance, corrections to the mould. All on site, so the next trial takes days, not weeks.

04 Production and assembly

The series runs on our own machines. If the part belongs to a harness or a connector, it leaves us already assembled.

Our own products

Parts from our moulding shop

The catalogue of our own products is still growing — parts made on our moulds will appear below, together with their application and the data needed to order.

Looking for a specific part?

Until the catalogue is complete, an enquiry is the fastest route. Describe what you need — we will check whether we already have a suitable mould or whether one has to be built.

Made to order

A part designed for your application

You do not need a finished mould design. It is enough to know what the part has to do — we will work out the rest together, from material selection to cavity layout. If the element is meant to work with a cable or a connector, so much the better: that is our daily material.
