Marking plugs and sockets under one roof

We now mark the plugs and sockets we make in-house, in the same plant where the cable, the harness and the plastic parts are produced. It is one more step towards finished products that leave our plant exactly as the customer needs them — without sending parts out to another company.

Covers and housings can carry the customer's logo, web address or a marking that makes assembly and servicing easier. The customer receives a product ready to sell under their own brand or to fit on the line.

Marking joins the operations we already carry out ourselves: cable production, harness and connector assembly, and moulding parts on tooling from our own toolroom. One order, one supplier, one quality check.

Academic year inauguration at AGH University

SH HYBSZ was invited to the ceremonial inauguration of the 2026/2027 academic year at the Faculty of Non-Ferrous Metals of the AGH University of Krakow, held on 9 October 2026.

During the ceremony our company was presented among the invited guests — President Sławomir Hybsz and directors Anna Kubiaczyk and Dariusz Ciarczyński.

Non-ferrous metals, and copper above all, are the basis of our production. Thank you for the invitation — we wish the students and staff of the Faculty a successful academic year.

30 years of SH HYBSZ

2026 marks 30 years since SH HYBSZ started out. The family business founded in 1996 in Ostrów Wielkopolski is still in the hands of the same family — with 100% Polish capital.

Three decades on, that means 254 index numbers in six online catalogues (KABEL, BAT, PNEU, NATO, 12V and 24V), 12 V and 24 V connectors built to 8 ISO standards and a new hall in Gorzyce Małe — under construction from 2018, in production since 2025. In our anniversary year we also opened our own injection moulding shop and toolroom.

The years ahead are about export: in 2026–2029 we exhibit at 8 trade fairs in Germany and France. Thank you to our customers, partners and staff for 30 years of working together.

IAA Transportation in Hanover

From 15 to 20 September we are at IAA Transportation in Hanover — Europe's largest trade fair for commercial vehicles, logistics and transport. It is the second of six events planned under our project co-financed by the European Funds for a Modern Economy programme.

At the stand we are showing what we make every day: spiral cables for tractor–trailer combinations, wire harnesses and air-brake coils. The display case holds the versions customers ask about most often — different connectors, lengths and marking colours.

Hanover brings different conversations than Frankfurt. The people who come here are trailer manufacturers, transport companies and service centres that need repeatable quality in large runs and on short lead times. Those are exactly the two things we came to demonstrate.

Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 behind us

We exhibited at the world's leading trade fair for automotive service equipment, as part of the Polish presentation "Poland. Business Forward". On our stand we showed what we do every day: electric cables, spiral cables and harnesses — in series production and made to order.

Five days of conversations with customers from around the world confirmed why we went: a harness with repeatable quality and a short lead time can come from Ostrów Wielkopolski. Automechanika opens the list of events planned under our FENG-funded project — the next ones are IAA Transportation, Agritechnica in Hanover and Solutrans in Lyon.

Injection moulding and an in-house toolroom

We are starting production of plastic parts on our own injection moulding machines. Components we used to buy outside are now made here — alongside the cables, harnesses and connectors, in one plant and under one quality regime.

At the same time we are opening our own toolroom. Moulds are built and serviced on site, so a design correction no longer means waiting for an external supplier. That shortens the path from drawing to first series and gives us room to manoeuvre on parts designed to order.

EU funding, Priority II FENG 2021–2027

European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 (FENG). The funds go into production capability and modernising the machine park — where the cables, spiral cables and harnesses are made.

Production starts in the new plant

Production has started in the new hall in Gorzyce Małe near Ostrów Wielkopolski. More floor space and new workstations mean higher capacity and output — short runs are completed faster, longer ones are planned with more headroom.

This completes an investment that began in 2018. If you are planning a high-volume order, our customer service team can give you current lead times for the new hall.

Construction of the new production hall begins

Construction has started on the new production hall in Gorzyce Małe near Ostrów Wielkopolski. The investment answers the growing number of series orders and the need for room for more machines.

The build did not disturb current production — the existing hall ran throughout the works.
