What is new at the plant

Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 behind us

We exhibited at the world's leading trade fair for automotive service equipment, as part of the Polish presentation "Poland. Business Forward". On our stand we showed what we do every day: electric cables, spiral cables and harnesses — in series production and made to order.

Five days of conversations with customers from around the world confirmed why we went: a harness with repeatable quality and a short lead time can come from Ostrów Wielkopolski. Automechanika opens the list of events planned under our FENG-funded project — the next ones are IAA Transportation, Agritechnica in Hanover and Solutrans in Lyon.

Injection moulding and an in-house toolroom

We are starting production of plastic parts on our own injection moulding machines. Components we used to buy outside are now made here — alongside the cables, harnesses and connectors, in one plant and under one quality regime.

At the same time we are opening our own toolroom. Moulds are built and serviced on site, so a design correction no longer means waiting for an external supplier. That shortens the path from drawing to first series and gives us room to manoeuvre on parts designed to order.

EU funding, Priority II FENG 2021–2027

European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 (FENG). The funds go into production capability and modernising the machine park — where the cables, spiral cables and harnesses are made.

Production starts in the new plant

Production has started in the new hall in Gorzyce Wielkie near Ostrów Wielkopolski. More floor space and new workstations mean higher capacity and output — short runs are completed faster, longer ones are planned with more headroom.

This completes an investment that began in 2018. If you are planning a high-volume order, our customer service team can give you current lead times for the new hall.

Construction of the new production hall begins

Construction has started on the new production hall in Gorzyce Wielkie near Ostrów Wielkopolski. The investment answers the growing number of series orders and the need for room for more machines.

The build did not disturb current production — the existing hall ran throughout the works.
